  • Android or iPad with Invoke ID application installed
  • Any Windows with .NET Framework 4.0 installed and Evolis printer attached
  • Internet Connection

 

On site or remote software deployment.

On-Premises and Off-Premises with Online Access

Print Server:

  • Android or iPad with Invoke ID application installed
  • Any Windows with .NET Framework 4.0 installed and Evolis printer attached

Cloud Server:

  • Windows with IIS 7 or higher
  • .NET Framework 4.0
  • Microsoft SQL Database Express Edition. This edition of SQL Server is free until 2Gb of data which is normally enough for this kind of solution

 

Invoke ID is a software addition for your Evolis ID printer that integrates your iPad to the printer and enables you to take a picture of your client and issue an ID on the spot. Generally it takes 30 to 90 seconds to process one request. Processing time depends on deployment type, printer model and template file size.

We did our best to streamline the process, make it easy, intuitive and the main thing – deliver a printed ID just in seconds. This solution includes both pre-upload templates as well as ability to upload custom template specific to your business.

  • It Works Everywhere. The iPad and the printing server do not have to be located in the same premise or network. They can be located in different offices and connected via internet.
  • Scalability. Multiple iPad’s are supported by the system, so information can be collected at multiple spots and processed at one office.
  • Security. All communication channels are protected with SSL encryption, which is normally used to protect credit cards’ details in the Internet as well as other sensitive information, so it will be impossible to intercept messages for a third party. This applies regardless to type of internet connection you use.
  • Accountability. We track all printing information unless otherwise is requested. The system tracks date and time of the print, device that has requested it, printing status, clients’ data and image. Any of this data can be erased immediately if appropriate settings are enabled.

 

Support

Support is provided via TeamViewer based on your current contract arrangements. Remote support enables us to resolve most issues in a time and cost efficient way, without need to visit your premises.
